1. Delivery Locations
Delivery & Shipping – We currently only deliver within South Africa. Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays.
2. Shipping Methods
We use The Courier Guy for all deliveries. Standard Delivery is typically delivered within 3-7 business days.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at a flat fee.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over R599.00.
- Flat Rate Shipping: R105.00 for standard delivery.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided link.
5. Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery (e.g., delayed or lost package), please contact us at sales@hairdreamsretail.co.za within 7 days of your expected delivery date. We will work with The Courier Guy to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Return to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if the package was not collected, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
7. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
- Deliveries to remote or outlying areas may take longer than the standard delivery times.
8. Changes to Shipping Terms
We reserve the right to update our shipping terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
